I've had some diversions this last couple of weeks.   The studio needed a huge overhauling and that took a week!  At the same time, I have been working on studies for the Marian series for the University of Dayton Marian Exhibit for 2011.   Our younger son's fiance is the model for this series.  Please welcome "Daisy" to our family!   Here you see her posing for one of many, many photographs.  I may or may not use this particular pose, but I do think it is nice.    This one will represent Mary receiving Gifts from the Magi.   Additionally, there is one small watercolor study of just one of those "gifts."  In a few days, I will be back on track with the 52 for $52.......stay tuned
